This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on nimaxtech.com. It applies under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms:

the contact and demo request form: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, subject and message;
the “Notify me” form for products in development: your email address and the product concerned.

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking tools.

Why

To reply to your message or arrange the demo you requested.
To notify you once when a product opens, if you asked us to.

Your information is not sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.

Who has access

Hocine Harrouzi, the only recipient of messages. To work, the website relies on two technical providers:

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, runs the form processing and provides Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check that is not used for ad tracking;
Zoho Corporation delivers the emails generated by the forms to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside Algeria, strictly within the scope of their service.

How long

Messages are kept while the conversation is ongoing, then for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins. “Notify me” addresses are deleted once the opening notification has been sent.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its update date.
