Do you work with companies outside Algiers?
Yes. Scoping workshops happen on site when that helps, and the rest of the work is done remotely. We work anywhere in Algeria.
Can you take over existing software?
Yes, after an audit of a few days covering the code, the database and the hosting. We tell you plainly whether it is better to improve it or replace it.
Who owns the code and the data?
Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. Ownership of the code we build for you is written into the contract before work starts.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After scoping, you receive a quote for each stage, in dinars, that states what is included and what is not.
Where is our data hosted?
Where you decide: on your servers, with the hosting provider of your choice, or on the infrastructure we operate. Backups are encrypted and restores are tested.
What happens after go-live?
An operations and support contract takes over, with response times that are written down and tracked in Nimax Desk, where you can see them too.
